In a due diligence process we record your needs, draw up your special outsourcing package, set up a data connection between your sites and BTC on our nationwide (MPLS)-WAN network via EWETEL and BCC, then we migrate and test your application software and document everything in detail.
    Even in the operating phase BTC has everything that you would expect from an available and flexible system landscape: critical processes are permanently monitored and the system parameters are observed in a proactive manner. The system will be run according to ITIL i.e. the service management processes are designed so that they can be reproduced at any time. And what is very important for your company interests: you will be individually looked after by a service manager who is also able to set the priorities differently than the pre-defined ones, if your company processes requires this, giving you optimised computing power.
